Maternity sessions are $300. 

This fee includes a planning conversation, our session time in my studio or at a beautiful outdoor location we will select together, my time editing & retouching all the best images from our session, and access to an online proofing & ordering gallery. It also includes your THREE favorite images as high resolution JPG files, selected and downloaded from your gallery.

Let’s capture some special memories of the days anticipating the arrival of your new little one! Maternity portraits are usually best scheduled between 32 and 36 weeks.

When you book an “Expecting” session, we’ll also schedule a quick chat on the phone to discuss the details of your session – the location, details about the participants, clothing ideas and suggestions, any props we’d like to include, etc. I have a collection of dresses in my “Client Closet” you’re welcome to select from for your session, or you are welcome to bring your own wardrobe. We can incorporate up to three outfits in your session.

Our Session

Our session will last about 45 minutes, but length of time will depend on the number of participants, how many outfits you’ve selected, etc. We’ll make sure to capture some family portraits as well as plenty of images of you in all your expectant radiance. 

I have a small collection of beautiful maternity dresses in my studio wardrobe you are welcome to borrow for our session. Once we’ve booked your session, I’ll provide more information about the collection!

After Your Session

When I get home from our session, I’ll import the images we created onto my computer and make sure they’re backed up both on-site and in the cloud for safekeeping. I’ll spend several hours carefully selecting and editing/retouching all the best images from our session. 

Within three weeks of our session, I’ll get in touch with all the details for you to access your password-protected online proofing and ordering gallery. You’ll be able to select your three included images, as well as place orders for additional digital files, heirloom quality prints and other photo products right from within your gallery. There is no minimum purchase required. Order only what you love! You are welcome to share your gallery with family and friends. Your gallery will remain active for two weeks.
