Just like always! When you’re ready to book a session, just get in touch and we’ll discuss all the details! When you receive your Booking Proposal to work through the session setup, I’ll make sure to reflect your membership at the payment stage.

In the event you’d like to use one of my convenient Online Booking Pages for a “Short Story” or “Fall Family Story” portrait event, let me know and I’ll provide you with a personalized Coupon Code to redeem in that process.

Any additional purchases of prints, products, or digital files from any session in your gallery will be discounted based on your membership tier. You will receive a Coupon Code to use on any orders when your plan begins. Your Coupon Code will also appear in the “Credit Available” button at the top of your gallery (desktop) and in the menu (mobile).

Your membership also provides you with priority booking for additional sessions during the active time of your plan!

I absolutely love the opportunity to travel for an exciting session location! We can use your included sessions toward a destination session. The session fee will remain the same, just like a local session. There will be a travel fee for a destination session, billed at 67¢ per mile beyond a 30-mile distance from my studio address (Downtown Kingsburg). This fee will be invoiced to you as part of your session booking setup, and is due the day before the session.

If you’re interested in finding at least one other person/family to book a session at your desired destination while we’re there, I will waive the travel fee for both of you!

Most definitely! In this case, full payment is due up-front, and I’ll even prepare a gift card in a neat little box for you to present to your intended recipient! The gift box will give them all the information they need to start taking advantage of their membership!

You may cancel your membership at any time. Any balance due on your membership will be calculated based on the installments you have already paid, less the current price of any sessions included in your plan that we have completed. If you have paid more than the calculated cost of any sessions already completed, your balance will be credited to you on a Gift Card for use on future sessions or purchases. Once your cancellation agreement has been signed, your gallery will remain active for two additional weeks, then will be archived.
