Rescheduling

If for some reason you cannot make it to your scheduled time, be in touch with Becky as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling your time.

Cancellation

If you must cancel your session, any payments made may be credited toward a future session at a time convenient for both you and Becky within 24 months of your originally scheduled ate.

Refunds

Because of the bespoke/custom nature of photography services and products, no refunds will be issued. If you are dissatisfied with your experience or a product you received, please get in touch with Becky as soon as possible to discuss your concerns and available remedies.
